Hope for the Future

Hope for the Future!" Wow. This song has always excited me, since the moment I heard of it's release until the moment I'm listening to it while writing this post. Sir Paul McCartney, you did a great job with this song. Fun Fact: Paul actually wrote this song for a video game, which takes place in the future.

For a good chunk of my life, I thought I had been born in the wrong generation. I mean, I love old music, books, clothing styles, and people. I found almost no hope in my future, and no purpose in my life, except to maybe have a family and bring the past back to life. After finding out my new purpose in life, which I will post about later this week, I have a new found Hope for the Future. In my patriarchal blessing, it states that I was born in this particular time and these particular circumstances for a reason. And I think I figured out the reason. I got a small taste of it during my Senior Year of High School, right at the beginning of one of my lowest points in life, but I didn't really recognize it. But I've been getting that same feeling again, except this time I've recognized it. I am beginning to see why all those things that I didn't know why they were happening to me, occured anyways. And to them, I am forever grateful because they are shaping my future. Again, I will go more into depth about that later this week. But I just had to express, first of all thankfulness because my heart is full right now. I mean, we live in such an amazing world with technology that can do amazing things and help people, new scientific discoveries everyday, and we don't have to worry about Beatles Albums being sold out at the store, because we have all their music online now. The future is going to be amazing and full of wonder and awe as we see so many cool things being discovered and unfolded all in its due time.
